Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking a driven Business Development Manager for Security, Telecoms & Connectivity Sales. This field-based role offers a £35,000-£50,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission, with car allowance and 20 days leave. Brighton office visits are 1-2 days per week.

You will generate new business, engage decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle across security or telecoms sectors, with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales within security or telecoms sectors.
• Full UK driving licence with ability to travel to customer meetings.
• Experience prospecting, generating leads and closing new business.

Responsibilities

• Make 60+ outbound sales calls per day to generate new opportunities.
• Identify, prospect and engage potential business customers.
• Book and attend face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Develop opportunities across security, telecoms, connectivity and data solutions.
