Interaction Recruitment PLC is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new business in security, telecoms and connectivity. The role is field-based, with 1-2 days weekly at the Brighton office; salary £35,000-£50,000 with uncapped commission and a car allowance.

You will prospect, identify decision-makers, and close deals across CCTV, access control, telecoms, connectivity and data services. A proven B2B sales background and strong new-business development skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Proven B2B sales track record in security or telecoms.
• Strong background in new-business development and lead generation.
• Confidence with cold calling, prospecting and generating leads.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Make 60+ outbound calls per day to generate new opportunities.
• Identify, prospect and engage potential business customers.
• Book and attend face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
• Develop opportunities across security, telecoms, connectivity, mobile and data solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and hit targets.
• Attend the Brighton office 1-2 days per week for training and collaboration.
