Job summary

Xad Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager for UK operations. This remote/hybrid role focuses on growing new business across IT, managed services, and security systems, with exposure to CCTV and access control solutions across public and private sectors.

You will build executive-level relationships, tailor proposals, and drive negotiations to close opportunities while maintaining a robust sales pipeline and representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• Proven BDM experience within the UK IT industry.
• Experience across IT, Managed IT Services, IT infrastructure and support.
• Experience with CCTV, Access Control and integrated security systems.
• Successful track record of winning new business and securing framework agreements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and business growth.
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across the UK within both public and private sectors.
• Build relationships with IT Managers, Directors, Procurement Teams and C-level executives.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
