Zusammenfassung

SBFM is seeking an experienced Area Manager to cover West Thurrock and surrounding areas. This field-based role involves travelling between sites to support cleaning teams and uphold high standards across locations.

You will be responsible for resolving on-site issues, providing hands-on cleaning support, and ensuring safety and quality specifications are met. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in facilities management or contract cleaning.
• Proactive approach with excellent eye for detail.
• Methodical, organized and time-efficient.
• Self-motivated, confident and flexible in work requirements.
• Excellent client focus and proven service delivery.
• Comfortable hands-on, mobile role across multiple locations.
• Team player who can support and motivate others.
• Full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Attend sites to resolve cleaning issues and raise sites to required standard.
• Provide hands-on cleaning support including hoovering and sanitising surfaces.
• Ensure cleaning is delivered to agreed specifications across sites.
• Support cleaning teams and maintain high standards across allocated sites.
• Follow health & safety legislation and company procedures at all times.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from Management Team.
• Escalate concerns or site-level intelligence to the Manager.
• Complete stock checks and order supplies per process.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers and Area Managers.
• Assist with training and induction of new cleaners.
• Carry out regular site visits and checks to maintain standards.
• Provide additional support to sites and cleaning teams as needed.
