SBFM in Leeds is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our cleaning teams and uphold high standards across multiple sites. The role is field-based, requiring travel between Leeds and surrounding areas, with a company van, fuel card and mobile phone provided.

You will attend sites to resolve issues, supervise hands-on cleaning activities, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies. A Full UK driving licence and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in a similar role within facilities management or contract cleaning.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organised.
• Self-motivated with a can-do, flexible approach to work.
• Excellent client focus with proven service delivery.
• Hands-on, mobile role across multiple locations.
• Team player capable of supporting and motivating others.
• Must hold a Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Attend sites to resolve cleaning issues and maintain standards across sites.
• Provide hands-on cleaning support when needed.
• Ensure cleaning standards meet specifications and are consistently delivered.
• Support cleaning teams and maintain high site standards.
• Follow health & safety legislation and company procedures at all times.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from Management and escalate concerns as needed.
• Complete stock checks and order supplies as required.
• Collaborate with Regional and Area Managers.
• Contribute to training and induction of new cleaners.
• Carry out regular site visits to ensure standards are upheld.
