Job summary

Rightmove is seeking an Account Manager to partner with estate agents across Reading and Newbury. You will manage a busy portfolio, grow revenue, and deliver tailored campaigns using Rightmove data and tools.

In this role you’ll meet partners face-to-face, build trusted relationships, and balance account growth with excellent service. A company car is provided alongside a competitive package with uncapped £15k OTE.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face B2B sales experience with estate agent partners.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and act on insights.

Responsibilities

• Meet partners face-to-face to deepen connections.
• Manage a high-volume EA account portfolio (80 branches).
• Use performance data and market trends to guide decisions.
• Lead with insight to demonstrate value of Rightmove's products.
• Create account plans and deliver engaging presentations.
• Resolve queries quickly with fairness and transparency.
• Collaborate with internal teams for accurate billing and reporting.
• Spot opportunities for bespoke campaigns and new tools.
