Job summary

Rightmove is seeking an Account Manager to join our Estate Agency team in the Sheffield region. You will build strong relationships with partners, manage a large portfolio of branches, and drive growth through strategic planning and insightful use of market data.

You will work face-to-face with estate agents, lead account plans, deliver presentations, and provide proactive support to maximise mutual returns.

Qualifications

• Minimum B2B sales experience with a consultative approach.
• Proven ability to manage and grow revenue across a portfolio.
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset to translate data into growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted partner: Meet partners face-to-face, deepen connections consultatively, and create opportunities for shared success.
• Grow your portfolio: Manage and develop a high-volume portfolio of EA accounts approx. 120 branches (85-90% account management and 5-10% new business).
• Demonstrate resilience in challenging situations: Handle difficult conversations with confidence and fairness to achieve positive outcomes.
• Lead with insight: Use performance data and market trends to guide decisions and highlight growth opportunities.
• Drive success together: Create account plans, deliver engaging presentations, and run performance reviews with Partners.
• Be solutions-focused: Resolve queries quickly and maintain fairness, trust and transparency.
• Collaborate for impact: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth account management, billing accuracy, and clear reporting.
• Innovate inclusively: Spot opportunities for bespoke campaigns and new tools to help partners thrive.
