Job summary

Circet UK is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to join our Reading team. You will organise daily schedules, perform fibre installations and repairs, survey and test networks, and ensure high standards of customer service on site. The role requires physical work outdoors, driving, and strict adherence to safety practices.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding work outdoors, lifting up to 15m climbs etc.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence
• DBS check (Basic)
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills across technical levels
• Telecoms experience preferred; training provided for right candidate
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
• Full right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly work schedule for fibre installations and repairs
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role and potential adverse weather
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents, clients and third parties
• Perform full fibre installations including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and risks and ensure safety compliance
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance
• Meet Circet safety standards and address potential field risks
• Resolve client complaints promptly and maintain relationships
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
