A regional care provider is seeking a female-only Support Worker in Barnsley. You will help individuals live within the community, providing practical assistance and emotional support. The ideal candidate should possess compassion and enthusiasm, preferably with experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities or complex care needs. Full-time hours available, and exceptional benefits including funded qualifications and employee assistance programs are offered.
We are recruiting for a Support Worker/Carer (female-only) in Barnsley to support people to live in and be part of the local community, within a supported living environment. Our services are about helping people to get out in the community and make the most of their time in their own homes.
Whilst fully embracing the company ethos support workers provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they want to live.
Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
