A mental health service provider is seeking a Female Support Worker for 42 hours a week at a Kensington Gardens facility in the UK. The ideal candidate must be compassionate and have strong communication skills, providing guidance and medical support to individuals with mental health needs. We are looking for an outstanding Female Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.
You’ll be working 42 hours per week (days, nights, alternate weekends) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Kensington Gardens.
You’ll be working shifts: 7am – 7pm, 9am – 9pm, 10am – 10pm and waking nights 7pm – 7am.
Kensington Gardens in Darlington provides four tenancies, the service is focused on empowering individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently.
