Female Support Worker – Bulls Cross Near Stroud GL6 7HU
Pay rate starts at: £12.77 ph + Enhancements. You will be required to have a Manual UK Driving Licence for min of 1 year and be over 21 yrs old in order to drive the company vehicles. Shifts are: 8am – 20:30 on a rota from Monday to Sunday.

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people. Support workers should have the right experience and values. This service requires a full UK driving licence, resilience, flexibility and a composed approach. Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice is preferred, as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
