Female Support Worker

Pay rate : £13.13 per hour flat rate (Weekly or Monthly pay)

Shift Pattern : Week day 7 : 00am - 18 : 00pm, Weekend day 9 : 00am - 14 : 00pm & Sleep ins 22 : 00pm - 7 : 00am (Only 2 sleep ins per week)

We are looking for a female support worker to join a small, dedicated team providing one-to-one support for an independent man living with a high-level C7 spinal cord injury. He lives with his partner and child, is verbal, and uses a wheelchair. He has a great passion for 60s and 70s music and loves watching motorsport.

About You
  • You have experience in continence and bowel management - Desirable
  • You have previous healthcare experience
  • You are patient, kind, and professional
  • You have awareness of supporting spinal injuries
  • You are confident working one-to-one
  • You are able to work day shifts and sleep in shifts
  • You are reliable, discreet, and able to work with empathy and respect
