Job summary

SeeAbility is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for our Hampton Court, Basingstoke home. The role focuses on enabling two residents to live more independent lives, with emphasis on routine, safety and person-centred activities.

The position offers 27 hours per week with guaranteed hours, and includes paid training and career development in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Good spoken and written English.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Right to live and work in the UK.

• Support daily routines from morning to bedtime.
• Plan and enjoy person-centred activities — walks, swimming, shopping and trips out.

At Hampton Court we support two lovely ladies, they would like their support worker to be able to drive, so they can take them places, someone with experience of supporting someone with a stoma bag, using an epi pen and also there is a peanut allergy, so no peanuts in the property.
