Job summary

Lifeways Group is hiring a Female Mental Health Support Worker for the South Liverpool service at Aigburth Road. This full-time role (36 hours per week) includes potential sessional shifts and involves providing care and support in a shared house environment.

You’ll work as part of a compassionate team, offering emotional support, promoting independence, and coordinating with families. DBS check will be paid for by Lifeways.

Shift Details (Between Monday - Sunday)

  • Full‑time (36 hrs/week)
  • Sessional Roles also available
  • 08.00am – 20.00pm + Sleeps

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a shared house where we support 3 ladies with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions. The house has a happy, homely atmosphere and everyone enjoys spending time together. The ladies like to eat meals together, watch films and go into town for lunch. They also love to celebrate each other’s birthdays. The house is ideally located with plenty to do nearby and the ladies really enjoy getting out and about in the local area and going into the city.

We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignity and respect in everyday life:
