• Experience supporting students facing barriers to attendance, engagement or behaviour.
• Commitment to equality, inclusion and dignity for all students.
• Willing to develop knowledge of SEND, safeguarding, attendance and inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, responsive inclusion support across the FE College.
• Work with Personal Tutors and curriculum teams to support students.
• Help students re-engage with learning by removing barriers.
