The role requires a proactive, organized communicator with SEND experience and a focus on CV writing and interview

Responsibilities

• Work with EHCP students to access enrichment activities, build social and communication skills, and prepare for employment, apprenticeships, or further study.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams and support services to ensure students are engaged in inclusive college life, while tracking progress and development.
• Motivate students, build positive relationships, and support employability development including CV writing and interview preparation.
