Job summary

The University of Birmingham is seeking a Student Experience Officer to support and enhance the student journey across the lifecycle. You will collaborate with academic colleagues and professional services to deliver coordinated student engagement activities and ensure an inclusive, high-quality experience for all students.

Working within the Student Experience Framework, you will gather feedback, support student representation, and help implement continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree level education required.
• Experience in higher education or student-facing environment preferred.
• Ability to analyse data and provide insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver student experience activity across the student lifecycle.
• Support student feedback mechanisms and representation.
• Communicate and promote student engagement activities.
• Monitor engagement and contribute to continuous improvement.
