City & Guilds is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager for Wales. The role is home-based with a requirement to be based around South Wales. A typical week is four days with customers and one day at home, and it includes a car allowance and a sales incentive plan.

The ideal candidate will have proven FE sector experience, strong BDM and account management skills, and the ability to develop opportunities and manage key accounts across our portfolio.
