SER Limited in North Wales is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to cover North & Mid Wales, supporting two or three centres and building new leads to increase area turnover.

You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, gather their needs, and manage the full sales lifecycle with strong communication and a can-do attitude. A driving license is essential, and previous BDM or field-based experience is a benefit.

Qualifikationen

• Experience within an engineering environment is a must.
• A full UK driving license is essential.
• Be hungry and committed with a career mindset.
• Ability to communicate technical information to all personnel.
• Excellent relationship builder with a drive to find new business.

Aufgaben

• Identify new business opportunities including markets and clients.
• Build relationships with new and established clients.
• Gather understanding of clients' needs to provide the best service.
• Complete and maintain relevant records accurately.
• Liaise with internal centres to support needs and increase sales.
• Manage sales lifecycle and stay updated on clients, market movements, trends and data.
