Chamberlain Career Management is seeking a Business Development Manager for a remote role covering the South West and Wales. The role focuses on specialist property finance including bridging, BTL, refurbishment and developer exit lending, building long-term broker relationships and managing the region with autonomy.

You will work with the Sales MD and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a clear path to impact and rewards, including a competitive benefits

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Business Development Manager in UK financial services, especially property lending such as bridging/BTL or development.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present to varying audiences.

Aufgaben

• Manage and develop relationships with broker partners within the assigned region.
• Collaborate with introducers to structure complex lending cases within credit policy.
• Plan and maintain a strategic diary of broker meetings and appointments.
• Identify and develop new business sources from inquiries, registrations and market activity.
• Maximise bridging and property finance opportunities by understanding broker needs and company strengths.
• Meet quarterly and annual lending targets across relevant divisions.
• Represent the company at industry events and workshops as required.
• Record broker interactions and progress in the CRM system and provide updates.
