Job summary

Bright Horizons is offering a fast-track Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship Programme in the UK. The ten-month course combines hands-on nursery experience four days a week with one day at the Learning Hub for structured learning toward the Level 3 qualification.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and apply new knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work four days per week within the nursery, caring for babies and children up to 5 years old.
• Spend one day per week at the Learning Hub undertaking structured learning toward Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
• Receive ongoing support from experienced nursery colleagues and apprenticeship specialists.
• Gain practical experience and develop skills, knowledge and confidence for a qualified Early Years professional.
