Job summary

Bright Horizons is offering a fast-track Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship Programme in the UK, combining structured learning with hands-on nursery experience to become a qualified Early Years Educator. You'll be supported by experienced nursery colleagues, a dedicated apprenticeship provider and pastoral care.

The scheme includes four days per week in the nursery, plus one day at the Learning Hub in London, with progression opportunities and a focus on professional development.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above, or Functional Skills Level 2 in both subjects

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team caring for babies and children up to age 5
• Support learning, development and wellbeing through play-based activities
• Spend four days per week in the nursery and one day per week at the Learning Hub
