Job summary

Bright Horizons offers a fast-track Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship in the UK. The ten-month programme combines hands-on nursery experience with structured learning at the Learning Hub to help you qualify as a Level 3 Early Years Educator.

You will work four days a week in the nursery and one day at the Learning Hub, supported by experienced colleagues, an apprenticeship provider, and safeguarding and pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Support learning, development and wellbeing through play-based activities and everyday interactions.
• Work four days per week in the nursery and one day per week at the Learning Hub undertaking structured learning towards Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
• Participate in safeguarding and pre-employment checks as part of the apprenticeship process.
