Job summary

Bright Horizons is offering a fast track Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship Programme in London. This ten month programme combines hands-on nursery experience with structured learning to become a qualified Early Years Educator.

As an apprentice you’ll work four days a week in the nursery and one day at our Learning Hub, with ongoing support from experienced colleagues and apprenticeship specialists.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above, or Functional Skills Level 2 in both subjects.
• Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Care for babies and children up to age 5, supporting learning, development and wellbeing.
• Work four days a week in the nursery and one day per week at the Learning Hub, undertaking structured learning toward Level 3.
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming environment and follow safeguarding policies.
