Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience working with major retailers is highly desirable.
• Strong IT skills and high attention to detail.
• Able to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Track and follow up on customer purchase orders (POs); send POs to factories and SOCs to customers.
• Communicate with customers and factories to resolve order-related queries.
• Upload and maintain data in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
• Monitor delivery schedules and inform customers of issues or delays.
• Provide shipping and packing instructions to factories.
• Process stock, allocate customer orders, and raise invoices.
• Handle customer booking forms and liaise with warehouses.
• Work with factories and shipping teams on salesman samples.
• Ensure accurate and efficient reporting throughout.
