This role is ideal for someone with experience in fashion or retail operations, who is highly organised and confident managing order processes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and follow up on customer purchase orders (POs); send POs to factories and sales order confirmations (SOCs) to customers
• Communicate with customers and factories to resolve order-related queries
• Upload and maintain data in the ERP system
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipments and deliveries
• Monitor delivery schedules and inform customers of any issues or delays
