Responsibilities

• Track Purchase Orders (POs) from customers and resolve order queries.
• Manage data in the ERP system and send POs to factories.
• Provide sales order confirmations to customers and coordinate with logistics for shipments.
• Process stock into inventory and send weekly order books.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and address customer concerns.
• Handle queries from credit control and finance and manage salesman samples.
• Ensure accurate reporting throughout each sales season; assist as needed.
