Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to create exceptional fan experiences on the store floor, greet customers, and make personalized product recommendations while upholding Fanatics brand standards.

You will work as a direct brand ambassador, using your knowledge of Team and League inventory to drive sales, support events and game days, and maintain a clean, organized, high-energy sales environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work extended hours on game days and during special events as required.
• Proven ability to build strong product knowledge of Team and League inventory.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse fan base in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail across the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans warmly and ask thoughtful questions to understand their needs and make their shopping experience enjoyable and memorable.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans, driving both satisfaction and sales.
• Ensure fans enjoy a seamless shopping experience that authentically reflects the Fanatics brand and its Team and League partners.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service so that the Fanatics brand and its Team and League affiliates are always positively represented.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Fanatics POS system and maintain accountability for each fan interaction.
• Uphold rigorous standards for sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation.
