Job summary

Fanatics Commerce in Wembley is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to create exceptional fan experiences on the sales floor. You will greet fans, provide personalized product recommendations, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and store presentation.

Qualifications

Prior experience in retail or sales is preferred, with demonstrated ability to engage customers and drive positive outcomes on the sales floor.
Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service.
Availability to work extended hours on game days and during special events as required.

Responsibilities

Greet fans warmly and ask thoughtful questions to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide personalized product recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
Ensure fans have a seamless shopping experience and reflect the Fanatics brand positively.
Process sales transactions accurately using the Fanatics POS and maintain stockroom organization and store cleanliness.
