Qualifications

• Prior retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work extended hours on game days and events.
• Proven ability to build knowledge of Team and League inventory for informed recommendations.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans warmly and provide thoughtful product recommendations.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
