Job summary

Fanatics is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to create exceptional fan experiences on the sales floor. You will greet customers, offer personalized product recommendations, and uphold professional store presentation to reflect Fanatics brand values.

Role requires strong customer service, product knowledge of Team and League inventory, and flexibility to work game days and events. You will contribute to a high-performing team while delivering memorable fan interactions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work extended hours on game days and during special events as required.
• Proven ability to build strong product knowledge of Team and League inventory and translate that knowledge into meaningful fan recommendations.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse fan base in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail across the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans warmly and ask thoughtful questions to understand their needs.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Ensure fans enjoy a seamless shopping experience that authentically reflects the Fanatics brand and its Team and League partners.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service so that the Fanatics brand and its Team and League affiliates are always positively represented.
