A reputable legal practice in Northampton is seeking a qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their expert Family Law team. The successful candidate will manage family law cases, provide compassionate client care, and contribute to departmental success. Qualifications

  • Qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE.
  • Strong experience in family law ideally including private children matters.
  • Knowledge of Legal Aid work is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of family law matters including private children work.
  • Undertake advocacy and represent clients confidently where required.
  • Deliver a high standard of client care with a compassionate and professional approach.
  • Manage your own diary and cases autonomously.
  • Contribute positively to the development and success of the Family Law department.
