Job summary

Sirona care & health in Bristol is seeking an Administrator to join our Specialist Falls Service. You will help manage referrals, handle patient queries, and maintain accurate data to support clinicians delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Based at a NHS trust site with the potential to work across Bristol, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire, you will provide essential administrative support and coordinate equipment and stock for the team. We welcome all applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting administrative tasks in healthcare.
• Strong data management and triage skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage referrals, inputting and processing information on the EMIS system in line with service protocols.
• Be a first point of contact, handling telephone enquiries with professionalism, empathy and accuracy.
• Provide a wide range of administrative support, including producing letters, scanning, minute taking and handling post.
