Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English required.
• NVQ level 3 in Business Administration desirable.
• Experience in a health or public service setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work of administrative colleagues across localities.
• Manage appointment booking, workforce allocation, caseload management and patient communication.
• Maintain diaries, templates and documentation in EMIS.
• Monitor data quality and support audits and performance reviews.
