Job summary

Sirona care & health is seeking an Administrator for the Specialist Falls Service in Bristol. You will manage referrals, data accuracy, and triage support while coordinating equipment and stock to ensure clinicians can focus on patient care. The role offers NHS benefits and a stable, permanent post.

The position is full-time (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday) based at Southmead Health centre with free parking. You will be part of a friendly team committed to high-quality, patient-centred service.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including maths and English.
• NVQ Level 3 in IT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration to keep the service running.
• Handle referrals and input data on EMIS per protocols.
• Answer telephone enquiries professionally and empathetically.
• Provide wide admin support including letters, documents, scanning, minute taking.
• Deliver excellent customer service aligned with Sirona values.
• Manage priorities and deadlines in a changing environment.
• Attend team meetings and performance reviews.
