Qualifications

  • Experience in joinery, plumbing, or painting from an apprenticeship.
  • Ability to adapt technical skills to a fast-paced environment.
  • Competent in Office applications like Word and Excel.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Prior maintenance team experience.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety practices.

Responsibilities

  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks as directed.
  • Update the maintenance system after completing tasks.
  • Maintain engineering standards for effective operations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors for maintenance work.
  • Adhere to company procedures in all aspects of work.
  • Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times.
  • Keep accurate records of site works and maintenance.
  • Inspect services and handle repairs as required.
  • Work safely in plantroom environments using PPE.
  • Maintain company-issued tools in good condition.
