Job summary

Landmarc is recruiting a Facilities Supervisor to lead the day-to-day delivery of facilities, accommodation and maintenance across the estate. You will manage a team, oversee safety, compliance and quality while building strong stakeholder relationships in a Defence Training Estate environment.

This permanent, on-site role offers a structured day schedule, travel occasional and a clear path for continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities or maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Experience with maintenance scheduling and PPMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team to deliver facilities services.
• Monitor maintenance tasks and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate accommodation allocations and bookings.
• Maintain records of assets and resources.
• Build relationships with customers and contractors.
• Support continuous service improvements.
