Job summary

Landmarc Support Services is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and estate management at Barry Buddon Training Centre. You will ensure safety, compliance and reliable operations to support Defence training activities.

The role requires a Level 4 qualification, extensive maintenance/ FM experience, and the ability to manage budgets, oversee contractors, and drive continuous improvements. You'll join a team delivering critical infrastructure across a multi-site estate.

Qualifications

• Level 4 qualification or equivalent in maintenance discipline.
• Significant experience in property maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations including CDM/COSHH.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-skilled maintenance team.
• Manage Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance to targets.
• Plan resources to maximise efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with H&S legislation and regulations.
• Oversee contractors, safety, quality and value for money.
• Manage maintenance budgets and quotations for cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain records and asset information using CAFM systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations and compliance.
