Job summary

Landmarc Support Services seeks a Site Operative to maintain a clean, safe and well‑kept site for the UK Defence Training Estate. The role covers cleaning accommodation blocks, offices and facilities, with a focus on safety and readiness in a military training environment.

You’ll join a dedicated team; responsibilities include general cleaning, light maintenance and grounds tasks, stock control and documentation. A UK driving licence is essential and BPSS/SC clearance may apply.

Qualifications

• General housekeeping knowledge.
• Understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
• Ability to document accurately.
• Basic IT skills, including using a tablet.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Maintain site cleanliness to keep areas safe and fit for purpose.
• Clean offices, communal areas, accommodation blocks, ablutions and showers.
• Carry out general cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming.
• Support general building maintenance.
• Assist with basic grounds maintenance.
• Manage stock levels and supplies.
• Complete documentation using IT and paper-based systems.
• Support additional tasks as required.
