Job summary

Landmarc Solutions is seeking a dedicated Team Supervisor to join our facilities management team at Hythe. You will support the Team Manager in driving performance, attendance and welfare, while supervising workloads and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

You will oversee resource allocation, contribute to risk assessments, and ensure training areas are safe and compliant with contractual standards. This on-site role requires strong leadership and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in people management and leadership techniques.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and contractual compliance.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices (COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments).
• Experience scheduling workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities
