Job summary

Landmarc Solutions is seeking a Site Operative to care for the Training Estate facilities at Nesscliff Camp. You will clean accommodation blocks, offices and communal areas, and perform basic maintenance to keep buildings and grounds safe for Armed Forces training.

Hours are 08:00–16:00, Mon–Sun with shifts discussed at interview. A BPSS clearance is mandatory, and SC clearance may be required for certain posts. On-site role with meals and福利 included as per policy.

Qualifications

• General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to complete documentation.
• Basic IT skills with tablet use.
• Valid UK driving licence due to rural site location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain camp cleanliness and ensure facilities are fit for purpose.
• Clean offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including ablutions.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
• General building maintenance.
• Basic grounds maintenance.
• Stock management tasks.
• Complete documentation using IT and paper systems.
• Carry out other duties as required.
