About the Role
We’re excited to offer a facilities supervisor opportunity at Norton College, to help ensure the school environment is safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained for pupils, staff and visitors. This is a hands-on role that requires practical skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership. You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of site services, including maintenance, health & safety compliance, security, and contractor management, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure all statutory and operational standards are met.
This role is suited to someone with facilities or site management experience, ideally within a school or similar environment, who thrives where no two days are the same.
