Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate reactive and planned maintenance across attractions and assets. You will allocate tasks, supervise technicians, ensure safety checks, and manage external contractors while upholding high standards.

Based in Windsor, you'll work with cross-functional teams, maintain documentation in Evolution, and contribute to audits, compliance, and continuous improvement within a busy facilities operations environment.

Qualifications

• Proven facilities maintenance experience in a supervisory or coordination role.
• Strong multi-trade background with recognised trade qualifications.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage work to tight timescales.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reactive maintenance, unplanned works, and PPMs safely and within timescales.
• Allocate PPM tasks to Technicians across the year ensuring quality and standards.
• Ensure safety checks on attractions and assets per manufacturer recommendations, ADIPS, and HSG175.
