Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an enthusiastic and capable individual to form a key part of the team. A key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation across the Tideway sites. The role will be a visible presence across the sites, providing a reliable and proactive service.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:00. Hold a current full driving licence and be able to work across various sites to perform cleaning tasks and maintain site cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Be able to carry out physically demanding work.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work across various sites.
• Deal with the general public in a calm, polite and friendly manner.
• Understand written instructions, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning tasks such as litter bin emptying and wiping down.
• Litter picking and keeping footpaths and hard surfaces clean.
• Weed spraying and removal; leaf clearance and sweeping.
• Jet washing drainage channels and graffiti removal.
• Clean and maintain external furniture and report issues.
• Complete site audit checklists and record hazards.
• Carry out risk assessments and ensure safe working methods.
• Work with colleagues to maintain high standards for communities.
