Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting for a proactive facilities support role based in the Stirling area. The role focuses on assisting CBU Operations Managers, supporting both mechanical and electrical tasks, and delivering first-line support to the line manager with client liaison and engineer pooling to ensure smooth contract delivery.

The candidate will participate in planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks, and may be required to work overtime to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist CBU engineers to support service delivery.
• Arrange holiday and sickness cover for the CBU team.
• Produce reports for the line Manager as required.
• Update and report monthly paymech data.
• Assist commercial team with detailed quotations for extra works.
• Ensure statutory maintenance tasks are covered for all contracts.
• Participate in on-call and unsocial work when needed.
• Support asset management and mobilisations for new contracts.
• Schedule workloads and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Mentor and develop apprentices.
• Willing to work overtime to meet business needs.
