Job summary

Blue Arrow is recruiting a Contract Manager for Soft Facilities Management, covering Brighton, Crawley, Chichester and Horsham. You will oversee cleaning, grounds maintenance and bulk waste across multi-site contracts to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction with a leading national FM provider.

You will manage operational and commercial performance, mentor site teams, control budgets, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining Health & Safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing soft FM contracts, especially cleaning and grounds maintenance.
• Experience managing contracts valued at £1 million+.
• Strong operational and people management skills.
• Budget management and P&L responsibility.
• Experience overseeing multi-site operations.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and compliance.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries and service issues.
• Monitor workforce performance and support training and development initiatives.
• Produce operational reports and performance updates.

Lead a High-Profile Facilities Management Contract

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Manager to join a well-established national facilities management provider.

Responsible for a multi-site portfolio across Brighton, Crawley, Chichester and Horsham, you will oversee the delivery of soft FM services including cleaning, grounds maintenance and bulk waste collection, ensuring exceptional service standards and client satisfaction.

The Role

As Contract Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of the contract, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.
