Job summary

Evolve Talent Search Ltd is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the full facilities operation at a busy production site in Essex. You will own the TFM function, directing engineering, cleaning, post room and wider services while keeping the client satisfied and KPI/SLA targets achieved.

The role requires a strong mechanical or electrical engineering background, proven people management, and a confident, client-facing leadership style. BPSS/SC clearance is supported.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background with solid technical knowledge.
• Proven experience managing a TFM or multi-service facilities operation.
• Strong people management experience, including developing and mentoring teams.
• Confident and experienced in a highly client-facing environment.
• Good understanding of SLAs, KPIs, budgets and commercial performance.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and facilities management compliance.

Facilities Manager

Salary: £60,000 + £5.8k Car Allowance | Monday to Friday | Essex

We’re hiring for a Facilities Manager to oversee the full facilities management operation across a busy production and manufacturing site.

The Facilities Manager will take ownership of the TFM operation, overseeing engineering, cleaning, post room and wider service delivery, whilst acting as a key point of contact for the client and ensuring KPIs, SLAs, compliance and service standards are consistently delivered.

This is a great opportunity for a Facilities Manager with a strong mechanical or electrical engineering background and proven experience managing people across a TFM environment. The role is highly client-facing and requires a confident, assertive manager who can also lead with an approachable and empathetic style.
