Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a multi-site operations team across Weymouth, Plymouth and additional client locations. You will oversee delivery of catering, cleaning, security, porterage and front‑of‑house services, ensure compliance with SOPs, budgets and contract requirements, and drive service improvements.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK and DBS clearance.
• Proven facilities management experience in a multi-service environment.
• Experience leading diverse teams across service lines.
• Strong operational, financial and contract management skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the contract across sites.
• Lead and manage catering, cleaning, security, porterage and front‑of‑house teams.
• Monitor service delivery against KPIs and SLAs and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for health, safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain safe working environments.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance and identify cost savings.
• Produce and present operational and financial reports to clients and senior management.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage service contracts and vendor relationships for value and quality.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies and statutory obligations.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
