Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Building Manager to lead on-site teams and deliver integrated FM services across the assigned building in the UK. You will support the Facilities Manager, drive service excellence, and ensure KPIs and SLA commitments are met within budget objectives.

The role requires managing a diverse team, maintaining health and safety standards, and coordinating with contractors to uphold OCS standards on-site. A proactive, flexible approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a diverse on-site team.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
• Experience in facilities management or similar environment.
• Ability to follow written instructions and inductions.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team to deliver facilities management services.
• Maintain service standards, HSE excellence and secure workplace.
• Drive continuous service improvement and cost control within your area.
• Manage CAFM system to log and close jobs and track resolutions.
