ISS Facility Services seeks a Facilities Manager to lead integrated FM services in a two-floor leased office space within a shared building. You will oversee maintenance, cleaning, waste and front-of-house operations, acting as the on-site lead for tenants and landlord reps.

You will drive service excellence, ensure safety compliance, manage budgets and lead on-site teams, delivering high-quality facilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering integrated FM services in a multi-tenanted environment.
• Proven ability to lead on-site teams and manage service partners.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee delivery of integrated FM services (maintenance, cleaning, waste, catering/vending, reception, helpdesk).
• Act as on-site lead, collaborating with landlord representatives and occupiers.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs and contractual standards for continuous improvement.
• Log, manage and resolve customer requests, feedback and complaints promptly.
• Lead and develop on-site teams and partners, including recruitment and performance management.
• Manage site budgets, control costs and support financial reporting.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with health & safety legislation.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, service partners and internal teams.
